Terms & Conditions

Delivery

We will deliver your firewood on the agreed delivery date, and you will be contacted regarding the day before your delivery via phone call or text. If you can not be in for the delivery, please let us know where you would like the logs tipped or if you would like to rearrange the delivery date. Please note we will do our best to leave the logs in your chosen place, however, if we can not reverse and tip our logs will have to leave them somewhere else.

Delivery Radius

Please make sure when you are ordering that you are no further than 20 miles of SG8 6QA. We do not deliver outside of this radius.

Cancellations

We will contact you 1 day before delivering your logs to arrange a time slot for the day of delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, you must let us know when we contact you to arrange the delivery. Any cancellations made after will not be refunded.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your logs, you have 24 hours to contact us. We will then send a driver out to collect your logs. Once the logs are collected, you will receive a full refund, minus the card refund transaction fees (typically 2.5%) issued within 14 working days. Read our full refund policy here.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with the quality of logs, coal, firelighters or kindling that you have received, you have 24 hours to get in touch with us. After this time, we can not refund you for your purchase.

Storing your logs

You are responsible for storing your logs in a dry place after delivery. We are not responsible for them getting wet due to weather or poor storage. Wet logs cannot be replaced.
