Refund Policy

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your logs, you have 24 hours to contact us. We will then send a driver out to collect your logs. Once the logs are collected, you will receive a full refund, minus the card refund transaction fees (typically 2.5%) issued within 14 working days.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with the quality of logs, coal, firelighters or kindling that you have received, you have 24 hours to get in touch with us. After this time, we can not refund you for your purchase.

Storing your logs

You are responsible for storing your logs in a dry place after delivery. We are not responsible for them getting wet due to weather or poor storage. Wet logs cannot be replaced.

Cancellations

We will contact you 1 day before delivering your logs to arrange a time slot for the day of delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, you must let us know when we contact you to arrange the delivery. Any cancellations made after will not be refunded.
