Are you open all year round? Yes! We are open all year round for collection and delivery.

When will I receive my delivery time slot and date? We aim to deliver your logs within 7 days of placing your order, whether that is online or via our telephone. We will always notify you the day before your delivery with a timeslot. Please make sure you leave us the best contact number for you so that we can get in touch. We offer 1 hour time slots for your delivery, but please be patient with our drivers as they may run late due to unexpected traffic or road closures. Please note you can request a date for your delivery, however this can not be guaranteed. When ordering 2m3 upwards there is more flexibility in your delivery date and time.

What are my payment options? If ordering on our website we accept card payment. If you would like to ring up to place your order we accept cash and BACs payments.
